We charge a flat monthly fee starting at $200. Your exact rate is based on your business needs and transaction volume, which we'll discuss in a complimentary consultation.

What bookkeeping software do you use?

We primarily use QuickBooks Online. It's an excellent tool for managing your finances, and we'll assist you with the complete setup process.

My books are really messy and behind. Can you still help?

Yes! We specialize in cleaning up disorganized books. We'll bring your records current and ensure everything is properly reconciled for a clear financial picture.

How do I share my documents and statements with you?

You'll use our secure document app to share files. We'll walk you through the easy setup when you start working with us.

Am I locked into a long-term contract?

No contracts required. Our services continue month to month, giving you complete flexibility to adjust or cancel anytime.

How much of my time will this take on a monthly basis?

Very little! Once we complete setup, you'll just need to upload documents occasionally. Most clients spend less than an hour per month.

Do we need to meet in person?

Everything is handled online. As a virtual bookkeeping firm, we serve Upper Midwest businesses remotely, saving you time and keeping costs down.
