Led by founder Tiffany O'Connor, who holds an Associates degree in Managerial Accounting, our team understands the unique financial challenges that small businesses face. With 25 years of construction bookkeeping expertise and experience across industries from hospitality to retail, we know that every business has its own rhythm and requirements.
As a mother of three, Tiffany brings the same care and attention to your books that she brings to her family. Our Story
Sum Harmony Bookkeeping began with a simple realization during Tiffany's years working with construction companies. She noticed that business owners were often overwhelmed by financial management, not because they weren't capable, but because traditional bookkeeping services weren't speaking their language. They needed someone who understood their industry, their challenges, and could translate numbers into meaningful insights.
What started as helping construction companies evolved into something bigger. As word spread throughout Forest Lake and beyond, businesses from different industries began seeking that same understanding and expertise.
